What we do
Three things, all pointed at the same question: how many of your open hours are getting paid for?
Make you easy to find.
Your name, your address, your hours should say the same thing everywhere a parent looks. Google, Yelp, Facebook, your own site. When those don't match, you lose the search to the smaller place down the road. Usually the cheapest thing to fix and the fastest thing to feel.
Fill the daytime.
The 10-to-3 block isn't dead. It's just not aimed at anyone yet. Homeschool groups. Adult and senior leagues. Off-season team practice. Day camps. Company outings. We build the offers and put them in front of the people who are free when your building is.
Answer fast, and answer personally.
When a parent asks about lessons, they're asking two or three other places the same afternoon. Whoever answers first usually gets the booking.
Right now, that answer comes from me. Not a call centre, not a chatbot, not a form that drops into an inbox nobody opens until Monday. A person, quickly, for both of your locations. That's the whole trick, and most places down the road aren't doing it.
Who we're for
Indoor training facilities. Baseball and softball first, because that's the business we know best. Especially owners running more than one building, where every problem you have, you have twice.
Who we're not for
We're new. We'd rather say that plainly than dress it up.
If you want a large agency with a deck full of case studies, that isn't us yet. If you want someone who will learn your booking calendar, sit with your slow hours, and work the one number that decides whether a facility makes money — that's the whole reason we exist.
